Our CrossFit classes are high-energy group training sessions designed to deliver a complete and effective workout. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're an experienced athlete, every workout is fully scalable to meet your level. Each class includes a focused skill or strength component, followed by a challenging Workout of the Day (WOD) to keep you progressing and engaged.

We are very exited to be a Hyrox affiliate. Our Hyrox sessions are suitable for complete beginners and follow the HYROX format, blending running with functional workout stations to build strength, endurance, and speed. Whether you’re preparing to compete or just want to experience the world’s fastest growing fitness race, our coaches will help you master the movements, improve your times, and push past your limits.

Couch to crossfit

Our Couch to CrossFit classes are the perfect place to begin your journey. Designed specifically for absolute beginners and those returning to fitness, these sessions focus on simple, scalable movements to meet you where you are. You'll build confidence, improve your fitness, and develop a strong foundation with all in a supportive, encouraging environment

Conditioning

Build your engine. Expect low to moderate weights and a sustained period of effort to help develop your cardio endurance. Low skill required - suitable for beginners. Great for training towards endurance events such as Hyrax

Beginners

Typical strongman movements using sandbags, yoke, farmers carry and more. This class will consist of a strength technique trainings followed by a strongman WOD. This class is suitable for beginners. 

Strongman

Take advantage of our on-site spa, available for drop-ins or as part of a membership, located next to our showers and changing rooms, the spa includes access to our swimming pool, hot tub, ice bath and a sauna.

TGS Kids Fitness Classes are designed to help children build confidence, improve fitness and develop healthy habits in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Fun games and fitness activities

Build strength, coordination and balance
Make friends and grow confidence
Suitable for all abilities 9-11 year olds

Tuesdays at 4:00pm 

Sundays at 10AM (Sunday parent and child fun class)

Need some extra focus or support in your training? Whether you want to improve your movement, dial in on a specific skill, or just get some personalised advice. Spending 1:1 time with a Coach can be invaluable

Over 55s

Over 55s sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 10.30am until 11.30am at £9 per session and consist of a workout specifically tailored for those that are older. This session also includes free use for the spa facility afterwards. You do not need a membership for these sessions, you can just pay as you go. after the session or book a free taster below.
