FREEZING

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it may be necessary to freeze your membership. We offer the option to freeze memberships under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

Injury or Medical Reasons

  • Short-Term Injury: If you are injured and unable to use your membership, simply send us a message. We’ll pause your membership for up to 1 month, providing you with the time needed to recover and return to full use of your membership. After the 1-month freeze, your membership will automatically resume.

  • If you are experiencing a serious injury or medical condition that prevents you from attending the gym for more than one month, we’re happy to discuss your individual circumstances. In some cases, we may be able to extend the freeze period as appropriate.

  • Please note that our coaches are highly skilled in modifying workouts to accommodate injuries and varying abilities. This adaptability will be considered as part of the evaluation process when deciding on extended freezes.

 

Travel or Holidays

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow membership freezing for holidays or extended periods of travel. Our memberships are designed to offer excellent value by being significantly more affordable than pay-as-you-go options, which requires the same payment schedule regardless of usage.
