ON RAMP BEGINNERS

Getting started is easy, especially when you make the most of our on-ramp package. This package includes;

2 x personal training sessions - in these sessions one of our professional coaches will go through all the basics that are used in CrossFit and ensure that you know exactly what you are doing and how to do it. The coach will also discuss your goals and what limitations such as past injury that you may have and how to deal with them. 

This package also includes 30 day gold membership so that you can fully experience our coached CrossFit sessions, explore our amazing facility, connect with our supportive community, and enjoy our spa amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, ice bath, and swimming pool.

In order to see real change consistency is essential, for this reason we ask new members aim to commit to at least 3 sessions a week regularly.

Once we have received your application one of our team will be in touch. You will be invited down for a chat and a tour of our facility and to arrange your first one to one session.

  • Can I just drop in?
    We do allow drop ins! We only ask that you fill in our drop in form prior to attending. You will then receive a code for our door and a link to book in. Please do not just show up as sometimes our desk is not manned.
  • Can I bring my child?
    Yes, members are welcome to bring their children to the gym. However, we kindly ask that you understand your children remain entirely your responsibility while on the premises. For their safety, children are not permitted to use the equipment and must stay in the designated safe sofa corner provided. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone!
  • Can I bring my dog?
    Yes! We are a dog friendly site, including both our gym and cafe. We only ask that your dog remains on their lead and that you clear up after them.
  • Am I fit enough?
    You don’t need to get fit first—just show up! While CrossFit can sound intimidating, the truth is that most of our members are everyday people looking to improve their fitness and health. No prior fitness level or experience is required to start. All our movements are universally scalable, meaning every workout is adapted to your current level and ability. In fact, almost everyone in our classes has movements tailored by our professional coaches to suit their individual needs. You’re never alone!
  • Can I come with an injury?
    Yes, you can still participate in CrossFit if you’re injured, as long as your doctor has given you the green light to exercise. Our professional coaches are highly experienced in adapting and modifying movements to ensure they’re safe and suitable for your specific situation. Whether it’s adjusting the range of motion, scaling intensity, or substituting exercises, we’ll work with you to create a workout that keeps you active without compromising your recovery. Your safety and progress are our top priorities.
  • When can I use open gym?
    Yes, we are proud to offer a dedicated, well-equipped open gym section that is available to members during all opening hours. We kindly ask that the main gym floor not be used for any purpose during class times, including stretching, double unders or just finishing off your workout. You must leave the main floor before a class begins to allow for a smooth and uninterrupted session.
  • What do your memberships include?
    All our memberships include full access to our gym facilities, unlimited professionally coached classes, workshops, and events, as well as unlimited use of our open gym. Members also gain access to our expertly designed programming, community events, and discounted access to our spa facilities—with unlimited spa use included in our premium package. We also offer 10 session packs - which are punch card style memberships along with spa only memberships. Please contact us for more details.
  • Do you do open gym only memberships?
    No, we do not offer open gym-only memberships. As a community-focused, coach-led facility, our primary goal is to create the best possible class environment which is partly promoted through our unlimited memberships. While we recognize that open gym is a valuable tool, our open gym area was designed to provide a space for members to work on specific skills or strength-building exercises. We understand that some enjoy the flexibility of open gym for external programming, but our focus will always remain on supporting our community through CrossFit classes and coaching.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes members need to leave. Our cancellation policy is simple: we require just one month’s billing cycle notice after you’ve informed us of your decision to cancel.
  • How much do memberships cost?
    If you’re looking for real results, expert coaching, and programming designed specifically for people who want to be healthier and fitter, we offer exceptional value—with memberships starting at less than £20 per week. However, if you’re looking for a budget option to do your own thing, we are not the right fit for you.
